The Command Center is the place where it all happens. In the Command Center seats the Colonial Government,in a later stadium there will be real City Halls and Government Buildings.
In the Command Center the Colonial Watch also has its initial seat. Later on in might result in a true police department with its own HQ and other precincts.
In the Command Center they also regulate,manage and overview all production and input of pressure,gravity,water and oxygen.
There is a Meteorological Service seated to predict wheather, and all communications between the colonie and others go via the Command Center.
