The Space Communication Network should provide superfast communication possibilities between Earth,Space Colonies,Space Vehicles and the ISS.
To establish this SCN,all SuperComputers, Earth Orbital Sattelites and Exploration Sattelites should form a link to process all data that is being sended back and forward.
